Comments
Comments: Dry Trail throughCamp Dodge up to the Imp Junction..only wet where the brook enters the trail. Entered the clouds above there with on and off drizzle most of the rest of the day. Heaviest rain of the day above 4400 feet on Carter Dome. There were decent local views below 3800 feet. The rest was in the clouds. Trails by and large in good shape with much Irene erosion noted around Wildcat A in particular. Turned into a pretty good day out..got wet but it was warm. Nice to run into Sleeveless on approach to D peak. We got below the clouds quickly and had nice views and some sun on descent..Towers on Washington even popped out for a bit.

A surprizing lack of wildflowers on the ski trails..saw a few trillium and clintonia on Imp but that was about it. Finished out this 5 pack with todays hike.. A nice respite from work to be out on the trails
