Comments
Comments: Nice to see nice clear skies for a change. Lots of people on the trails today. Great views at the top. Usual running water on the trail at the beginning for about 40 yards but trail is nice and dry after this. There is some running water and wet rock heading across the view ledges but easily avoided.

The bugs were as bad I've ever experienced in the Whites, the breeze unfortunately wasn't steady so there would be a break for a moment but then they'd just swarm again.
