We parked near the trailhead and even when we came back it there was only one other car. Most hikers seem to park in the tram parking lot. |

No water crossings on this trail. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One downed tree at about 2500' but the branches have been trimmed and it is an easy step over. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
There is plenty of water on the upper section of the trail, especially through the glades. |

 | Bugs: |
No bugs on the trail but they were swarming up on the tower. |

 | Comments: |
It's best to stay on the hiking trail all the way up. I was told there would be a $300 fine if you ventured on to the ski trail. |
