Comments: Decided to clean up August after my first pemi loop last August with no add on peaks. It was hard work, and for the record no one should ever summit the South Twin three times in one day, from three directions.

Great day out, saw many kind faces. The weather was better than previously expected. 21 miles, 9hrs 13mins,not sure on the elevation gain. I ran out of food and water and was not moving too quickly coming back from West Bond. Water at the hut and Kali and I were good to go again. Hard day.

Nice to see Scott for my first ascent of the South Twin :-)
