Parking/Access Road Notes: At the north end of this traverse, the last .2 mile of Hobbs Hill Road before the Black Mtn. Trail parking area (which is small) is sketchy - not for low-clearance vehicles.

Comments: An excellent traverse, but all the views are on the Chippewa Tr. and from the summit. The Black Mtn. Trail is mostly an old jeep road.
