The gate to Sawyer River Road at Route 302 is still closed. On the trail today I met a USFS ranger who told me they will be working on repairs to the road for another 6-8 weeks, and the gate will be closed until the repairs are completed. |

Until the Sawyer River Road repairs are completed, this is a 14 mile round trip. Lower sections of the Signal Ridge Trail have been recently relocated and are a bit muddy. |
