Comments
Comments: having never done Bald Mt. Notch Trail I referred to 1Happyhiker's report of 2011 to become familar and took map and trail description with me..all turns and jcts well marked by Cohos yellow markers/blazes..the connecting path to Old Summer Club Trail starts on the left just after the old lumber camp clearing...eventually it turns into a wide gravel road then another wide gravel road to the right is the OSC..then took that up to the jct on the wide grassy Jimmy Cole Rd (Rowell Link goes right)..when RL turns into woods right, it is signed as "Bald Mt. Trail." nice woodsy walk back to the jct with connecting path and BMN trail...sure the trail runners would have to travel time wise longer than to run this somewhat of a loop!!
