Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking, be sure not to block the gate, we saw a USFS truck on the logging road/trail

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Water Crossing Notes: Two small crossings were no problem

Trail Maintenance Notes: Slightly overgrown after the last stream crossing. And a couple blowdowns that were not a big deal.

Comments: Nice longer route up Kearsarge North. Trail is lightly used, you need to keep your eyes open and be aware where it goes sometimes. Nice view of summit tower from Shingle pond. Foliage from summit looking north was close to peak, lots of red and orange!
