| Comments: |
To my surprise there was a very well packed and established snow shoe track on many of the trails. Some of the less popular trails were a little less consolidated but the snow is firm and supports your weight in most places. Saw a few post holes but nothing dramatic. I brought my 36" snowshoes, some coffee and soup, thinking I'd be breaking trail all the way around and I'd be awhile. Not so. So I broke out the compass and ventured in and out of the woods to make it interesting. Trails are in fantastic shape. |
