Trails in terrific shape, well maintained and blazed. Some orange and blue a bit ratty, but that's expected. |

Excellent trails for dogs, saw at least 4 today. |

Nice to get out on this gray, overcast day, but we did not get rained on. Started from Sam Hill Road entrance and took the orange circle trail up to the blue trail. Then back the white circle trail past lost lake. Trails are in great shape, but today lots of wet and slippery ledge, so we had to be careful. Very muggy, and buggy, saw a rather large snake :( Nice 2 1/2 hour hike in the woods of southern CT. |
