Hiked the well maintained trails of Timberlands in Guilford, a town owned open space recreation area. Trails are well marked, muddy areas are bridged. Did a nice 2+ hour loop on White trail down to a pond and then back white trail to Yellow, to red and out. A map is helpful as there are many trails here. We did not see another person hiking at all, but it was hot, humid and buggy. We did see one mountain biker. Excellent day in the woods. |
