Not all that many trails amomg our 15.6 miles, but throughout was well-blazed, in blue. |

Shady Acres Diner, Foster to Newport Road, Greene. We passed a sign marking the half-way point of the N-S Trail a little before we ended - 39 miles to the Atlantic and to the Mass. border. (We added a few miles in Mass. at the beginning of our traverse.) Our first 11+ miles were roads, but at least mostly rural, and one attractive dirt road - Potter Rd. |
