The final 5.7 miles to my hike of Connecticut out to a Bear a Mountain. Gradual trail and then flat out to Lion Head, Down the ledges and then flat out to the climb for Bear Mountain... Beautiful day. Be advised that I heard a rattler on my return trip but did not see it in the underbrush... Not that I wanted too. They are out there in Connecticut. Great hike as an out and back that can also be a trail run. |
