Unfrozen ground up to the Dean Trail jct. then transitions to a frozen ice sidewalk higher up, used microspikes above 3,000'. Pretty much snow-free all the way. Still socked in on the summit at 10:45, but it was clearing and 22 degrees with about a 10mph wind. Only a few hikers out. |
