Snow was falling during the whole hike, so much of the icy trail is getting covered. Very quiet out this way, as usual. Higher South summit is marked by iron rod sticking out of the rock, both summits right on the L.T. Snow was already helping traction on the way down. 7 miles, 2,280' elevation gain, 2:55 roundtrip. |
