 | Comments: |
All re-frozen after the thaw. Trail is a bit bumpy and postholed. Bare patches the first 1/2 mile or so. Used crampons today, but sharp microspikes would work. Significant ice bulges on the upper segments. Amazing loss of snowpack, turned to slick styrofoam, and totally different than the powder up here last week. Had the mountain to myself today. |
