Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All step overs or rock hops
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few easy step overs and one slight duck under lower on the mountain
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Didn't see any, but they would probably enjoy it. Multiple small brooks low with wet spots higher up and a running spring near the summit for water
Bugs
Bugs: Some buzzing around and being annoying, but not biting all that bad even without bug repellent
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found smoke coming out of the fire ring at the campsite at the trail head. why would someone do that at the end of a hot dry week with a stream within earshot and less than 300 feet away?

Comments
Comments: A shorter easier hike to a high peak on a hot and humid day. The hardest part about the hike was the weather, which is why I started early. This seems like it would be one of the easiest hundred highest to climb
