Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Small lot adjacent to the height of land on Wrights Mountain Road. There's a steep little uphill to get into it that was pretty icy today - I had to use 4WD. I could see some others had skidded out attempting to get in.

Comments
Comments: Very nice network of trails with some good directional views up high.
Ascended Wrights Mountain Trail, which is essentially an old Jeep road. Generally a dusting of snow with a little bit of blue ice about halfway up. I was able to ascend without Microspikes. Had I descended that section, I may have considered them.
Nice directional "bench" view of Moosilauke prior to the summit.
The Wrights Mountain Trail passes just west of the highpoint.
A little past the highpoint, there is an open air cabin built on a ledge. Fantastic views ranging from the southwest to the northwest from the ledge and the cabin.
I took Appreciation Way for the descent, which was more of a foot path and as a result, had minimal ice.
