Trails were so hard packed that I didn't need traction going up (although I wore light traction down). This was my first time hiking this famous mountain, and I may have chosen one of the best days for it ever- not a cloud in the sky meant NH, NY, and QC were all visible, as were their respective mountains and hills. Definitely wasn't disappointed! |
