|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
All blow downs have been cut/removed. Good blazing. Good signage. The bog bridges near the top have enough material past the footing that if you walk out on the end of it while hiking the other end of the bridge pops up off the ground. Not a big issue for you, but it could be for the person behind you getting ready to step on |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw a few that were doing well. Nothing on this route that would be hard for them. No water other than the spring this weekend. No dogs allowed inside summit building |

This is a pretty nice hike that doesn't have any real hard parts to it. It stays moderately steep almost the entire way, but has good footing. I was out early and there weren't many others on my way up. The summit wasn't too busy with people that drove up. Many more people were coming up while I was descending. Summit building has bathrooms which is nice. No real food or drink though if you are expecting to get something rather than bring it. |
