Comments
Comments: Had a great day hiking with John C, Anne L and Arlo. Long Trail was in great shape and there was plenty of snow on the trail. A bit of a scramble when you cross the ski trail, I would recommend going left a bit to avoid a steep icy patch. Herd path was also in great shape and was easy to follow. There are plenty of skiers headed over to Big Jay on the weekends so keep alert. We broke out the 50 feet or so to the actual summit. Fun day to start my Winter 100 list on, only 31 left to go!
