Comments
Comments: Trails were a mixed bag but all of the non-dry conditions were minor and easily managed. The ascent of the Chin via the LT was dry so no issues with the steeps and scrambles.

The fantastic weather (abundant sun, comfy temps, near zero wind and clouds) begged me to come here and enjoy a nice ridge walk. I had the Adam's Apple all to myself mid-morning until I pressed on to the Chin - where there were only a handful of folks when I arrived. There I spent a hour or so snapping pics and gazing at distant peaks in all directions. Quite a few people on the ridge heading N as I was going S presumably from the gondola or auto road - notables included one in flip flops and some not knowing what they were in for. Another climbed and parked it on West Chin for a while despite signs clearly stating to keep off. Despite this it was one of those days I wished would never end - a near perfect day on a great ridge.
