Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty at the K-1 Base Lodge parking area. No pets are allowed in the Peak Lodge near the top, though.

Trail Maintenance Notes: The beginning of the Wildlands Trail was a little grown-in in spots, but not an issue. Got a little wet, though.

Comments
Comments: The trails were wet, as one might expect on a rainy day like today. Some slick rocks on the Wildlands Trail, and the metal stairs on the stairway to the top gondola station were quite slick as well. It rained off and on, but they were mostly scattered rain showers, and the rain was never heavy. Good views were had on the hike up almost to the very top, until the clouds rolled in and the cloud deck got progressively lower. Still a good hike, and I'm glad the rain wasn't heavy/torrential, as seemed to be the case in the Whites...
