Comments
Comments: Hell Brook was very wet and icy as we got higher up. Never ended up putting the microspikes on, but we probably should have. Steeper stuff up high was pretty sketchy. With the upcoming cold weather I'd imagine traction will become required very soon, if not already. Adams Apple had plenty of ice, but easy grades made it manageable. The steep approach up the Chin wasn't bad on rock exposed to the sun, but the small chimney at the start had lots of moisture/ice. Long Trail along the ridge was in great condition, easy to stay on dry rock. Skipped Haselton due to diminishing sunlight.
