From the road off of Radar road, which heads up East Mountain, we drove a short distance west and parked at a woods road blocked by boulders. |

We walked the road for a short distance, soon turning right onto a more overgrown road, then turning right again, onto an even more overgrown road. Soon we began to bushwhack in open woods, with occasional tough low-growth. Snow was 6-12", making snowshoes a great choice from the car to the recognized highpoint. This was a very pleasant hike! |
