Comments
Comments: Second time's a charm. A very light snow falling, slightly less cold temps but next to no wind, made this much more doable compared to yesterday. The Battell Trail is nicely broken out, though used by barebooters most recently - only a couple postholes. The LT up high was drifted over in many places, but the wide corridor made it easy to stay with.

Crossed paths with a father/son duo from Middlebury as I was coming off the summit. Looks like they came up the LT from Lincoln Gap; I thought that was closed for the winter? The LT south from the Battell junction seemed well broken-out to me, so I guess not.
