Comments
Comments: I walked the road for a very short distance before turning onto a skid road headed towards the peak. Snow started out more intermittent, but quickly became full coverage, with a lot up high. I used snowshoes almost the entire way. Snow was supportive with a little give from melt. I angled towards the col between the peak and the bump to the south. The going was steep as expected, but there were not cliffs. I did not find an existing recognized highpoint and even checked out the lower bump to the south with the spot elevation. It was hard to make the call in recognizing the summit as it is broad and there's lots of snow on top.
