Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes: The river crossings have bridges, the other minor run off streams had no problems 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: couple of blow downs, one being on the long trail to the cabin

Dog-Related Notes: Lots of run off streams for dogs, but still should bring some 
Bugs
Bugs: mosquitos at the parking lot, but once I got moving, they were not an issue 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: there was a hiking pole at the kiosk at the parking lot

Comments: Really nice trail. This was my 2nd 4000 footer in Vermont, and the first one not in winter. Well blazed and cleared trail except for a couple blowdowns. unfortunately the view was zero as the peak was engulfed with clouds.
