Parking for several vehicles at the Golf Ave. trailhead near downtown Woodstock. There were none there, as we walked from our lodgings. |

Good, except for a couple of short overgrown sections of meadow with a few prickers. |

Met two hikers but no dogs. No water but otherwise would be fine for them. |

| Comments: |
A pleasant short loop not far from downtown Woodstock, with an excellent view north over the town and hills just beyond from the summit meadow, although quite hazy on this hot and muggy afternoon. |
