Dog-Related Notes: My dog found the ice difficult on the way down- especially around the pines between gus' lookout and the halfway point.

Comments: there is a lot less snow than a week ago and the trails are pretty good until Cascade Falls- from there they become a lot icier, and from halfway point on, really need microspikes.
