Catamount Tr. marked for winter travel so simple to follow trail markers. Walter's Way is an old logging road and fairly easy to follow. |

Stayed on lower trails of Elmore today and visited memorial for an old friend who used to do this loop almost every day. Trails were mostly dry with a few wet, muddy sections. Nice adventure; only running into two locals who I met on this loop last weekend as well. |
