Comments
Comments: Almost bailed on this hike today on account of early rain on way up Maple Ridge. Glad I stuck with it as temps stayed warm enough for comfortable hike despite winds and wet everything. Challenging conditions with lots of slick rock and knock you around winds. I made use of 5WD (2 hands, 2 feet and an a**) numerous times on way down to avoid going down on 5th wheel. Quiet trails (7 met). Views off and on and only few patches of snow seen in shaded spots.
