Comments
Comments: Roughly first 1.5 miles to IP Road was very muddy with a lot of rock hopping. After that the trail dried out with only occasional, small, avoidable patches of mud. Overall trail is quite easy compared to 4000 footers and 52WAV. Elevation gain is only about 1750’. Views from top of Fire Tower were great. Beautiful view of Mount Snow, Somerset Reservoir, Grout and Stratton Ponds, Stratton Ski area, Bromley, and much more.
