Comments
Comments: No one had been above the sinkhole since the snow storm. I wore snowshoes from here in 8-12 inches of wet, sticky snow to the summit and from there past Jungle Junction a few tenths south on the LT toward Killington. I did not have time to break another 3 miles of trail before my cutoff time, so I turned around. On the return, barebooters had chewed up the track and the snow down low had turned to slush. This trail won't be much fun if it freezes before the next snowfall.
