Surprisingly dry trail - almost ideal hiking conditions. Zero significant mud. Think I might have stepped directly in a couple muddy spots without sinking at all, maybe had to step carefully on rocks through a 10ft portion of mud the entire trail. Top two miles of this trail had slippery wet rocks today. There was about 30 feet of a stable monorail towards the summit, several people were hiking around it without spikes but spikes make it a quick journey. Isolated patches of ice (avoidable) near the summit.
