Comments
Comments: After parking the truck at a pull-off, we walked a gravel road through open land, recently cleared for development. Followed this road a short distance and then went into the woods, through brush and brambles of an old logging cut. Steered north until we found a well-maintained logging road. Followed the road in a northly direction, until it veered to the east. We then ducked into the woods, climbing to the summit of East Haven. We found the old jar, signed in, and then began a search for the cabin near the summit. We followed the orange tape until it disappeared, so we made our way back down following our track back to the truck. We were disappointed we couldn't locate the cabin, maybe next time in winter.
