Crossing of Lamoille River has 2 signs; one from GMC stating flood damage and other one stating possibility of contamination due to overflows from untreated sewage. Suggested to use high water route. |

One huge blowdown slightly north of Prospect Rock. |

Long Tr. now open to hiking traffic at top. Closed from spring until now due to peregrine falcon nesting. Trail in great shape other than river crossing. No hikers met; quite a contrast to yesterdays hike. |
