Saw plenty of dogs and is definitely a dog friendly trail. One little scramble toward the top that couple prove challenging for some dogs but maneuverable. |

Overall great day on the trail. Temps are dipping quickly so don’t forget a layer. It was warm climbing but the winds are feeling autumn in the air up top. Expect mud (as always) especially if you plan to do the ridge out to Mt. Ellen. Carry extra socks :) only one spot that was tricky with water over the trail. So much rain this year and the soils already don’t drain well spas you’d expect…..trail pond. |
