Comments
Comments: Started by descending Rim Run/snowmobile trail down to the base of the former Hogback ski area. Trail was quite muddy in places from wheeled vehicles (as well as ground frost thawing).

Bishop Trail (which can also be accessed directly from Grant Road) was mostly dry.

Tower Trail had a lot of recent crushed rock, I think to allow wheeled vehicles access to the summit.

Unfortunately the Mt. Olga fire tower stairs are closed for construction (didn't see any), so there is no view from the top. Some views along the Tower Trail.

Also noted numerous maintained ski glades within the former ski area boundaries.

Nice sunny afternoon with temperatures in the lower 40s.
