 | Comments: |
I barebooted up to Norcross quarry. There I put on my Hillsounds up to Knee Overlook. From there I put on my snowshoes, though I could have barebooted, but the 4 to 5 inches of snow made it a great time to use my snowshoes the first time this shoulder season. The trail had been untouched. I wore them until returning to that spot and put on my Hillsounds again until I reached the car. The crusty snow was ideal for traction and there is enough coverage of crusty snow not to dull them. Was the only one up there. |
