Numerous spruce branches and tops broken over trail, but easily walked around or over. |

Well packed out trail, numerous post holes in the first half mile, then sporadic. Different snow conditions than I've seen before, very wet snow that froze on the trees, rocks up top had clear ice on them. Winter wonderland and great pics! Hit my head on snow overhead but it was frozen solid. For a mid week hike, surprised to see about ten cars in parking lot. |
