Comments
Comments: We did the loop counterclockwise. The climb to Styles Peak never gets steep, though the descents off of Styles and Peru are steep for a short while. The trail is in good condition, but there is some mud. The walk back along Griffith Lake Trail and FR58 was a little tedious. Except for a large crowd at the Peru shelter, we only saw 3 people all day.
