Trails were snow-free and mostly dry late this afternoon/early this evening. Beelined a combination of ski trails and the access road to get to the summit for sunset/moonrise (a few dozen folks up there), then took a different combination for the descent. First time to the summit since the new observation tower was added; expansive views. Still some nice foliage colors down low. |
