This was a nice out-and-back winter hike. The trail was packed down nicely. Wore snowshoes on the way up--some rock protruding from the snowpack on the steeper second half of the trail. With some more snow these rocks may be covered over. The fire tower structure is in decent shape. Excellent views to be had in all directions from the tower. |
