Comments
Comments: A rough snowshoe track from trailhead to Battell Shelter where it stopped so the last mile to the summit is unbroken. Filled in a number of snowshoe postholes. The trail is still soft but in better condition than I found it.

Never my intention to go to the summit today rather it was to give my new knee a workout on its second winter hike. Which it got.
