Although they're blazed, these trails are very hard to follow because there's hardly any tread and what there is, is covered by mud, water, and leaves. |

The Spirit in Nature trail system is on Middlebury College Land just east of Ripton, VT. It's a nice place to visit with kid-friendly walking. Walked the trails in pouring rain. Then fished the South Middlebury River for a while. These trails are on the less used part of the trail network, on the other side of the Rd from the Trailhead parking area. |
