 | Comments: |
There is a small conifer with branches intact down across the Ridge Trail about a half hour below Balancing Rock; notified the crew at the entrance booth on the way out. There were many muddy patches along the Ridge Trail, but most were avoidable without going off the trail. There were also areas of standing water on that trail that could have made it impassable - kudos to the DMV for laying down new lengths of puncheon exactly where they were needed. |
