I wanted to get out even with the rain and thankfully I did! It was a nice day out and not too wet regardless of the rain/cloud. East going up and made it to the shelter to find a brand new shelter which was amazing! I did not go in it since no stairs yet but wow an awesome job! Made quick chat with Tom and hit the summit but no views today but not really windy so a win all around. Glad I was able to get in on Lincoln Gap before it closed for the winter. Battell trail for the rest of the year now. |
