Fine fall day to explore a new peak and spend more time hiking in my home state. Trails are pretty dry and the fall are flowing well. Leaves, so many leaves on the trail from the start to the transition into the conifers for good at 2400'. Took the falls bypass on the descent and visited the west peak vista spurs. Summit is well below snowline and could watch it actively snowing on Killington |
