Comments
Comments: Ohhh the joys of freeing your feet from snowshoes! We took a much-needed break from grid life in the Whites and boogied over to Camels Hump for some easy trails, excellent views, and epic butt sledding! I had heard a rumor Burrows Trail was packed harder than NFL ice, and had high hopes. Well, apparently my intel was as solid as the trails, and we, along with 10 other folks, waltzed up to the summit in MICROSPIKES. I…I didn’t even know you could wear these anymore, the last two winters have had my Tubbs surgically implanted below the ankles. It’s a true white sidewalk, and with the temps below 32 it will remain in great shape. With the coming warm up snowshoes are back on the menu, but for one shining afternoon we were 4lb lighter, and royalty for a day!
